The House

Casa Richello is a combination of a fully furnished villa and a pool house, with a total of four bedrooms. Both are surrounded by a spacious garden full of fruit trees, an olive grove, a swimming pool, a sunny roof terrace, a pizza oven, enclosed parking, and more. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by lots of light and a stylish design that we have carefully selected down to the last detail. The main building has an open layout with various rooms surrounding it. 

Layout of the villa:

Basement: laundry room with washing machine and dryer + outdoor shower.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with toilet, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with sitting area, dining table and reading corner, access to the terrace and garden.

First floor: Office with sound system, Bedroom 1 (1 x double bed) with bathroom (2 x rain shower + toilet)

Second floor: Sitting area with fireplace and book corner

Third floor: Bedroom 2 (1 x double bed), Bedroom 3 (3 x small double bunk beds), bathroom with bath/shower and toilet

Fourth floor: Roof terrace with a beautiful view

Layout of the pool house (bedroom available from March 2026):

The pool house serves as additional accommodation with its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and bed. Perfect for two people, allowing larger groups to stay at Casa Richello. And so you have all the comforts of home close to the pool.
